REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

General Policy

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on any purchase or registration, except in specific circumstances related to health-related event cancellations. Please review our special policies related to health-related event cancellations below.

Sales include any payments made for a class deposit, installment, or full registration. Once a payment is submitted, it is final.

For classes, workshops, and events, we have a strict no cancellations and no transfers policy.

Cancellations by Workroom Social

  1. Low Enrollment

    In the event of low enrollment, Workroom Social reserves the right to cancel a class or event. Enrolled participants will be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time and will receive a full refund.

  2. Acts of God and Other Unforeseen Events

    In the case of acts of God, war, disaster, epidemics, or similar events, Workroom Social reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule any event, including Camp Workroom Social. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled for any of these reasons, attendees may:

    • Transfer their registration fees to a future event, or
    • Request a refund minus 15% of their fees paid.

PURCHASE DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

SPECIAL POLICIES FOR HEALTH-RELATED EVENT CANCELLATIONS

If an attendee is unable to attend a Workroom Social event, including Camp Workroom Social, due to health-related issues immediately before the event, they may transfer their registration fees to a future event.

Health-related issues immediately before the event include:

  • Experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, the flu, or any other contagious illness;
  • Exposure to someone with suspected or confirmed COVID-19 or another contagious illness;
  • Receiving a positive COVID-19 test result or diagnosis of another contagious illness within 10 days of the event start date; or
  • Any other illness or condition that could pose a health risk to others.
