Our Pre-Camp COVID-19 Protocol Form is required of every attendee. This form contains COVID-related questions and our COVID test attestation. This form must be submitted between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. If you do not complete this form, you will be turned away upon arrival—at Frost Valley YMCA or at the Shuttle Bus pickup, whichever you encounter first.
As a reminder, attendees experiencing any CDC-described symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 11 days must submit proof of a negative PCR test through our COVID-19 Protocol Form. In our form, we ask you to confirm whether or not you’ve experienced COVID symptoms in the past 11 days.
Please plan accordingly. To find a COVID-19 testing location near you, contact your local health organizations or your doctor. Check turnaround times for your local testing sites.
Regardless of symptoms, every attendee must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken no earlier than 6:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, April 26, 2023. All antigen test results must be uploaded by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 26. FDA-approved at-home rapid antigen tests are OK. Please carefully follow manufacturer's instructions.
