Our Pre-Camp COVID-19 Protocol Form is required of every attendee. This form contains our COVID test attestation. This form must be submitted between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. If you do not complete this form, you will be turned away upon arrival—at Frost Valley YMCA or at the Shuttle Bus pickup, whichever you encounter first.

Every attendee must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 rapid antigen test taken no earlier than 6:00 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. All antigen test results should be uploaded by 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 17, 2024. FDA-approved at-home rapid antigen tests are OK. Please carefully follow manufacturer's instructions.
